They want you to wire money for auto parts

I needed a part and found a site that searches other sites. I got some offers back that seemed legit (like $800 for a new part that costs $1000). But then I got a text where they found the seat and would sell it to me for $165. Such a deal. But they said they no longer take credit cards because of fraud (BS). They wanted me to wire money to a bank in Tennessee (Account for American Machine Garage LLC #200000056231 Thread Bank 210 E. Main St, Rogersville TN 37857). That set off my spidey sense big time. He claimed he was from Kings Auto Parts in Plant City Fl, said it was a warehouse. Google address is 3507 FL-574, Plant City, FL. Google street views shows what looks like a barn and maybe a random junk yard. No store front and no sign. Definite scam. He says they did not have it there, but a partner in Wyoming found it. Later he said it was the warehouse in Michigan, not Wyoming.

Then he said this "We have a warehouse in Wyoming as American Machine Garage, Florida Kings Auto, Delaware our head office AMG Auto, Michigan A2Z automotive." Not sure I even understand that sentence.

I asked for Michigan store address and got 863 W South Airport Rd. Traverse City, MI 49686. Google Street view showed it had a sign for "Thilrby Automotive" So I Goolged that and got · (231) 938-7278. I called the number and they said they have no Porsche seat parts and they do take credit cards and it sounded like as scam (I do thank you for help!).

All this time, the guy kept texting me asking when I would pay - that kind of high pressure is a scam giveaway, like this special part was about to disappear.

Contacted a Jason Smith about purchasing a used engine. Gave credit card number, which was charged $725. Have not heard from him again even after multiple attempts to get in touch with him.

I guess you have placed a order with wrong company or someone might have lied you saying it was american machine garage. Was the card been charged in the name of american machine garage? no right because you did not contact us and also we dont have anyone named jason smith here working. sorry for your loss
