Fraud Company Stay away from them ! They cheated 10000 $

This Frad company: American Credit Network totally scammed me. Fronting as Senior Debt elimination program! Charged her a HUGE amount of money 10,000 for 3 years did nothing and now she is being served papers. They lied about everything they sent fraud documents. They are criminals and should be accountable for what they have done to all these people. They need to be punished for their crime.

This bogus company American Credit Network totally scammed my elderly Mom. Fronting as Senior Debt elimination program! Charged her HUGE amount of money for 2 yrs did nothing and now she is being served papers. They lied about everything and I intend to turn them in to FTC, BBB local Sheriff Dept and Attorney Generals office. They are criminals and should be accountable for what they have done to all these people. Liars and frauds! Stay far far away 😡

Scammed my senior mom

My mom was served papers after they scammed her. They were pushy and now her credit is flawed and she is in a legal battle. I am seeking legal advice to help her navigate. Shame on the for taking advantage.

Pushy would not try to control the conversation

A young lady called Made her presentation she knew a lot about the credit card and balance. She tried to start extracting personal information. At this point, I explained that most of these calls are scams so i would like to ask Your name and she provided her name and started to take over the conversation by asking for last 4 of my social security number etc. So then I said that she is not giving me a chance to ask my questions. I aske for her companies name which she provided as American Credit Network. Then, I asked for the companies address she said "oh we have offices throughout the nation but she was located in Florida". Then she went off with a lot of verbiage when she took a breath I said please don't be so pushy. Then I asked, how does the company make money, since most of these scammers charge us somehow. She responded, we don't know if you even qualify so I need more information and she tried to get my last 4. At this pint, I said mam you are too pushy and wont give me a chance to get comfortable. She said Okayyy and she hung up. then I clicked on their website and got this:

Taking advantage of my 80 yr old mother

"Gabriel Stevens" at xt 303 keeps calling saying he spoke with her about eliminating half of her debt, Mom told him I handle all her finances, when I told him we would get back to him he refused to get off the line, I had to hang up on him. Called back this morning with the same story and I told him we were not interested, he tried to keep arguing with me until I hung up and blocked him.

These people I believe r trying to scam me pretending to repair my credit ! He called discover and had me on 3 way call trying to get 2500 hundred in 3 transactions ! Told me his name was Micheal Dunn but when agent came on phone told her his name was Micheal Mc Kinney!
