Called my Mother and said she won 2nd place for $885,000 in the "American" Clearing House Sweepstakes. They asked her to call David Duran at the National Gaming Commission in Washington, DC. I called and he said that my Mother would need to pay for an insurance policy to do an EDI Courier for the check. The Tracker # was TRK170.
