Called stating they were from America Group and that they were asking questions about my daughters medication. My daughter is not on medication when I told him I was not disclosing any information to him that I could not verify he was from America Group he got mad and hung up. America group says they do not have Pharmacist that call question medications. And it wasn’t the pharmacist that I have my prescriptions filled through. When I called the number back and had questions they claim they were from Blue Cross Blue Shield and that they had no affiliations with America Group. This time it was a female. I’ve called and reported this to America group as well
