I've been receiving calls 3 to 4 times a day from a man stating that I was having for fraudulent charges on my Amazon account for iPad pro someone was trying to buy and human trafficking he also asked me if I've been to Texas in the last year I hang up on him or I laugh at him and he hangs up on me well Thursday March the 10th of 2022 I had $118.94 taken out of my checking account I called the bank to see who took that money and she said all she could give me was the phone number and that my money was on hold and that she could not stop them from taking my money she told me after they take my money I could do a dispute that I would get papers within 3 days from FedEx which I have never received so I called the number that she gave me and it just says hold for the next customer service so a lady comes on which I've called several times it's the same lady she told me I ordered iPad I argued with her telling her I did not order no damn iPad and I'd appreciate them to put my money back and she would hang up on me well day before yesterday I called them and the lady tells me that she canceled my subscription and that I have ordered entered a sweepstake and I told her she was crazy I said a sweepstake for $118.94 lady you must of fell out of a tree. So I called my bank back and they said I needed to contact the police so I called an officer who said there was nothing they could do a sound like a scam for me to call the better Business bureau that they can help me so I'll call them but they claim they were in a meeting I had to talk to a machine and I could enter the phone number and find out the company name which I did so I call the number back and it's the same lady and I actually talked to the person that the better Business bureau machine told me was in charge of this business the lady said ple[censored]d so she came back and I asked you one more time so let me talk to this lady that is in charge of this company and I asked her what was the name of the company and she said hold on please and she come back and say this is customer service I don't have no information and I cannot transfer you so I asked her who did she work for she put me back on hold and came back and said that she canceled my order and I should get my money back in 5 to 9 days which I have not received yet so be aware of this Amazon scam take your debit cards off their site because that's the only way they got mine and be safe

I have received texts from a random number telling me to contact 855-789-5852 about an Amazon order (which I did not place). Once you call them, they just want your personal information. I mentioned I thought this was a scam both times I called and they laughed and hung up immediately both times. Please shut this scammer down. Text was received from number 801-214-0076.

I was sent an email that showed a purchase from Amazon in my daughters name. The amount was $4,000 and showed a picture of a printer and another item used for computers. I called the number in the email and was transfered to a person that was supposed to be a Senior security person. He told me my email and amazon account had been compromised. He then told me I had to go to the nearest amazon store and purchase a $100 security card to block the hackers. His accent went from indian to Australian. I told him I had to call him back and hung up. I blocked his number as well.

AN WHEN PHONE DIED HE CALLED BACK ON TOOELE UT. HE KNEW SPELLING OF MY NAME AND ADDRESS BUT HE WANTED

MY CREDIT CARD OR BANKING INFORMATION THAT IS SAVED WITH AMAZON. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT HAVE THAT INFORMATION. HE BECAME FRUSTRATED AND GOT RUDE SAYING HE WAS HELPING ME. AND SAID THAT I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THAT BILL. I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFORMATION ABOUT CREDIT OR BANKING BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE THAT INFORMATION. HE GOT REALLY MAD AND CURSED AND THEN HUNG UP.

the caller keep calling telling me that I have a charge on my amazon credit card; witch I know I did not make and they are asking for personal information I did not speak I just listened then I hung up.
