Type of a scam Online Purchase

Nice website. . Ordered an office chair and two lap desks product online. When I was sent tracking information for my order, I tracked it. The writing was mostly in Chinese, but it appeared to show a shipment that was traveling and had shipment location updates. When it arrived to my town, it said it was delivered. I did not receive anything so I emailed the customer service email on the website. I was told to check with the post office. No address was provided for a post office and no USPS tracking information was given. I was told sometimes it is not scanned . I would get a partial reimbursement. No reimbursement was issued, no address was provided. No product received. Also, no details such as customer service representative's name or business address

Nice website. From an iphone it has great pictures and looks well designed. Ordered an outdoor Halloween decor product online after looking at various products they sold. They had a weird mix of products for sale such as office chairs and outdoor Halloween decor. When I was sent tracking information for my order, I tracked it.
