Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I recieved a call saying that I had a payday loan in the amount of 750.00 taken out in 2011 on a Bank of America account. They said it was when I worked for a company that I quit in 2004'. I asked for documentation, they said that they had sent it out several times and I chose to ignore it. I told them that I did not recieve any documents. Then they proceded to tell me that if I did not send them the money it would cost me 2000.00 to fight them court and they would release documents then. They call from 1-800-250-5831, 314-325-9276, 1-800-250-5834 the call from this number identify himself from Atlanta Group, Bobby Marcy. Another one identify themselves with just Altantic Group. They also called my mother in law, trying to get her to give information about me. I did not have a Bank of America account 2011 the accounts there were closed 08,09. I have reported this to my bank, attorney general and FCC. I also had my debit card hotcarded so that they could not get money from my account. Then recently they sent me an email demanding payment. When I looked up these numbers they were listed as scam phone numbers.
