- Port Orange, FL, USA

I ordered a bottle of Allura Skin Glow skin tag remover in July under this name. It came with a free bottle. I used the one bottle and it didn't remove my skin tags. It actually made them bigger' and they are hideous! I began to have tags where I had never had them. When I received this order, I also received two containers of aging skin cream. I called the co. right away and was told to keep them, and I would not be charged. When I realized this product was not working, I called for my refund. I had to make several calls and was told the guarantee time had run out. They were telling me it was for only 30 days, not 60. I also got my credit card statement and was charged an additional $129.99. It appeared to be a charge for continued product which I never ordered.

We went round and round on that. I finally said I was done arguing as I was getting no where. Then I was told if I sent everything back, I would get a complete refund. I still called the credit card co. and they told me they would not charge me for anything until they investigated. Meanwhile, I was charged $189.99 and received another three bottles of the skin tag remover. So in all, I was charged $379.97 for a bottle of skin tag remover that was to cost me 59.99 with one free bottle as well.

I spent from July until November trying to get this fixed. I finally ended up being charged $34.99. Where that figure came from I don't know. The credit card company told me the merchant

will not honor our request for credit based on the information I provided. I sent every piece of transaction I had, pictures, dates, names. I have been told the investigation is complete.

this company has several different addresses on the envelopes the products were shipped in. The address says Fulfillment Center. They call themselves Pure Care Holistics. If you go online to find them, you can't.

Save yourself being lied to, false advertising, a product that causes more harm than good, products you never ordered, charge after charge for something you didn't buy!
