When searching for a job, a link popped up for car wrapping advertising from Allstate. I know someone who did the process for this and gets paid monthly, so I thought I will try. It was through a link and I provided name address and how long I can participate. So, more than a month later I get an FedEx package, with an letter and a check for $2200.85 and the instructions state $800.00 is my first installment and the rest goes to the decal installer expert. They also have you text them to say you got the packet. But, I was unsettled and such google and scam alerts came up and I text them back with screen shots and they stated, no that's not us, so I searched there number and it popped up as scam.

Person name David has called twice stating he is Allstate insurance and offered 30% off for me to reinstate my insurance with him and has my personal information; I called my old agent and they didn’t authorize this or anything like it and they didn’t know how this person got my information cuz it was accurate and he’s called twice even when I’ve asked him not to call or contact me
