I received a voice message regarding a debt for a different person so called back to tell them the debt is not mine. They said they removed my contact information from the other person's list of debts but that I had one with them too. Marshell of Allisen Rabbinek debt collectors stated that in 2019 I took a loan for a cash advance of $700 from MyFirst Advanced Financial. She claimed I had partially paid and received numerous letters and calls about the debt that had supposedly grown to $3876.51 but that I could settle within 24 hours for $575 before reported to credit agencies. She had lots of my personal information, gave an ID number for herself, specific dates of mailings, but could not provide any of the loan documents - just a vague email about the alleged debt that looked fairly legit. Unfortunately I gave her my correct email address. I decided to do more research and found others on ScamPulse.com with similar scam experiences. Thanks ScamPulse.com and those who report scams!!
