Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

I thought I was calling allegiant to canceled flight and redo a voucher but instead I got a hold of a third party scam that book flight then canceled them and keeps there money . When you go to what the website the night before to confirm your flight it was showing no flight so the scammers told me that the flight was canceled and they had to reschedule my flight which would’ve been a few days out I told them that would not work because of vacation time so she gave me a voucher that I could use in a later date. I emailed this lady my drivers license her name is Joy Watson she said she was in the booking department for allegiant airlines that I had to go through her to book my reservations so then she gave me a voucher for $1300 and when I went to use that voucher when I put on my information they said the voucher had zero dollars . I called the lady back Joy and she told me she had a book the reservation for me that she would get back to me with the confirmation number she would never return my phone calls nor my emails then she forward my phone number to a different business line to get a voicemail that I could not reach her . I finally got a hold of somebody from allegiant airlines and they told me that I was scammed that it’s a known thing for them that these people take peoples money book flights then canceled them and keeps their money and gives them bogus vouchers. She always used another email [email protected] i have Those emails also if you need them.
