Charlotte called me from Financial Recovery and Collection Services saying that I owed a bill for services rendered (blood tests) on Aug 8, 2022 in the amount of $500.00 from Alliance Diagnostics Lab to be collected and if I didn’t pay today it would be reported to the Credit Bureaus. They said that I had been sent to my address numerous bills but I never responded. I explained that I had never received any bills and would they send me a copy of the bill so I could research it. They refused to do this and said that it was too late for that and that I must pay them that day.. I explained that I was covered through Kelsey Care Advantage and explained that I only received blood testing through one of their clinics. They were covered through that insurance. I called Kelsey Care Advantage and explained what had happened and they called Financial Recovery to try to get more information to no avail. Kelsey called them again and conferenced me in and again we requested more information but was told they would not provide it. Kelsey has turned it over to their in-house fraud department.

A Brittney called stating I owe $570.81 for blood work done on Dec 17, 2022. Would not give me any info threatened me on going to court credit bureau . I contacted my drs office and my insurance company and nothing is in collections and no blood work was done. I'm tired of getting these calls..also I was on Medicaid at the time also..Donna Garrison

Caller claimed to be a collection agency collecting for Alliance medical. Said they mailed 2 notices for overdue amount however they refused to provide copies of those notices. Called claimed we must pay this amount now or it will be sent to the courts for collection. Callers said her name was Taylor and she was extremely rude and demanded payment now. Red flags for me were, refusal to give documentation, refusal to email any copies of the overdue amounts or invoices, refusal to give contact information for Alliance medical, no web site exists for Alliance medical, refused to provided any other information

Charlotte from "Financial Recovery Services" called me twice on 4/2/24 to say that I had an outstanding lab bill in the amount of $531.88 from 9/22/22. I have received no invoices so I looked at my calendar and I did not have a medical appointment on that day. I had to hang up the first time because I was in a business meeting and she called back 20 minutes later. She told me she could offer $100 off for payment today only but she was on the east coast and her office was closing in 30 minutes. She said she would call later tonight from home. I called the number she gave me and the phone system did not give a company name. I tried looking the company up on line and found no listing, but I did find ScamPulse.com scam notification. Be careful, she really sounded legitimate.

Received call from someone claiming to be Financial Recovery & Collection Services noting that they owed $490.00 to Diagnostic Labs. Consumer had no debt. The caller claimed they would start a lawsuit against them if they didn't pay immediately. The consumer gave them their credit card number. She then called to ScamPulse.com to verify scam. ScamPulse.com suggested she call the CC company right away to let them know of the possible fraudulent charge.

Received a call saying I owed for a medical bill and if I didn't pay by 5pmit would go to collections and report to the credit bureau. They had my name address and cell phone number. They used my cell phone number to "look up" my account. They had the wrong date of birth and after extensive questioning by me they said disregard hung up

Called from 2233562003. Threatened to report me to the credit agency. Supposedly $70 from December 12th 2022. I called alliance and all my local doctors and nobody has a record of any of this.

A call came from this person claiming to be trying to collect a debt that my husband owed. The call did not go to my husband's phone, it went to mine. We don't have any outstanding debts, so i searched the internet and saw this company was previously reported to the BBB. We did not call them back.

Sheila Anderson called saying I owed a $400+ dollars (don't remember exact amount) to Alliance diagnostic from blood work done on 12/2/2022 and her agency was calling to collect. The first thing that was off was she said notices had been sent to my parents house, I haven't lived there in 25 years. Couldn't tell me the doctors office the blood work initiated from due to privacy. All she kept saying is we take Visa or Master card and failure to pay now would incur a 35% charge on top. I blew her off after a while since I was pretty pissed at that point.

01/17/2024 "Alliance Diagnostics" called me from this number 442-246-4216 to collect 476.13. Told them I've never gone to this lab nor have received a bill. She cited my address and said it would go to court if I did not pay them. I asked for the contact information for this lab, I was told per HIPPA they could not provide it. Told her I would not pay over the phone to someone I don't know especially when I've never received a bill. Told her I was going to do more investigation and she just kept talking that she could not give me a phone number per HIPPA. Agree with others, the difference about this scammer is that she talked in a very calm voice. I have done some research and called a local office that listed Alliance Labs. The office manager said they are not affiliated nor have ever used this lab. She told me this is the 2nd call they received about this problem and its a SCAM. BEWARE! Don't fall for these con artists!

Said if I don't pay the amount owed, they would turn it over to their attorneys and report it to credit bureau. I ended up paying $121 instead of $489.

A "financial recovery" company called my cell phone claiming I owed money from August 15, 2022 for panel testing & bloodwork done by Alliance Diagnostics. I asked for copies and they told me I was sent them in the past and they do not have them. If I did not pay within 24 hours, the bill would go to collections and I would owe more. The name given by agent was Kayla Greene. I could call back to pay them between 9am-5pm EST@ 808-481-3373 or 217-794-7419. I called back both numbers and at the first number they were pressuring to pay and got annoyed with questions and hung up on me. When I called the 2nd number, it was the same woman. She hung up when I asked for the company name. This is a fake debt that doesn't exist and I cannot find any such company listed anywhere called "Alliance Diagnostics."

Scammer said I owed an outstanding medical bill from Spet. 2022 for blood work. I never received any communication in the mail. Wanted me to pay it now or I was being turned into the credit bureau. i did not pay for I know I have no outstanding bills.

Said they were collections agency and i needed to pay 400.00 today. I said no give me information as I have insurance. Informed me on March 24 ,2022 that I had blood work sent to Alliance Diagnostic Lab and never paid my bill. I asked for their phone number to call back after I checked my medical record, Insurances and Physicians. I had no blood work done anywhere near the time frame given and never with Alliance Diagnostic Lab.

Female called me stating call was recorded - from a collection agency for a company called Alliance Diagnostics and I owed around $490. She said they sent me many bills but I haven't responded so they turned it over to a collection agency. I knew this was not true. I said I never got any bills - re-send it and I'll check with my insurance. She said they I'm not listening to her and I need to pay NOW. I yelled back that that' not happening and you need to LISTEN to me...send a bill and I'll take it from there. ...and she cut me off saying they sent me many but bills but I didn't answer I need to pay NOW. I said that's NOT happening. She became very loud and said it WILL be paid TODAY or else my name will go to 3 credit agencies and she will inform attorneys and she will put a lien on my house, I shouted at her - GO AHEAD and by the way You're ABUSING ME and she hung up. She didn't realize I've had thousands of hours of phone experience and nobody pushes me around or can intimidate me.

Hope Lewis and Sheila Anderson from Financial Recovery called my on 11/17/2023. In attempt to collect a debt from Alliance Diagnostic on or around 10/22/2022. They could not give me a known date of service or location. First red flag.

In the amount of $486.78, there after giving a settlement amount of 353.21.

Telling me if I did not pay, it would be reported to the credit bureau and I would then owe the full amount and additional 35%.

They also used an address which I had not lived in 3 years

Shiela Anderson called and said I had blood work done (CPK2 and CPK3) in October of 2021 and that I owed $471.05. If I did not pay, I would be turned into collections. This happened to me prior and I actually paid them. Didn't fall for it a second time.

They called and said they were hired by Alliance Diagnostics (718-851-5773) to collect a debt I owed for lab work back in 2021.
