I got an advertisement on Instagram for Yeti cups on sale. It's around Christmas time, so I wanted to get a couple for some family members. Normally Instagram ads are secure, so I wasn't really worried. I ordered three Yeti cups, all pretty basic colors. I got a confirmation email with no order summary, just a very long order number and an estimated delivery time. The package finally arrived but the cups were patterns/colors that I didn't order. Again, there was no order summary or sheet in the package itself. So I emailed them back from the confirmation email stating the issue I had. They said patterns may look different on the site than in person so shipping them back would basically be a waste of time and money and they would refund me $2.99 for shipping. At this point I was irate. It's almost Christmas and I wanted the gifts I ordered. I tried to go back onto the site to screenshot the ones I did order and the site no longer exists.
