Received a call from 516-783-7129 telling me to contact a different number (844)460-8870 with a reference number regarding an unpaid check from the year 2000. Contacted my bank and the vendor. After speaking to check recovery from the vendor, the company is not affiliated. The recovery agency stated the check has been written off and can no longer be collected on.

This company calls from one phone and then give you another number to call. First RED FLAG. Then they tell me I have an outstanding check from 1995, (Almost 30 years ago) Second RED FLAG. When I told them this wasn't my debt, they threaten to take it from my checking account and my Discover card. Third RED FLAG. Don't fall for this stupid company. They prey on the weak.

States that I had a pay day loan that I did not pay from over 10 years agoWas threading to put a lien on one of my vehicles. I fell for it u til all of the sudden I was getting more phone calls like this regarding payday loans. I did my research. Found a website but no reviews or any other information on this company. Found out that WI statute of limitations of 6 years in debt. I cancelled my card right away. They also never sent me my paperwork regarding the debt and I asked twice.
