Vendor location service

I hired this company to help me find a vending machine location. It has been 2 months since hired I've received one location. I've been more than patient and not receiving locations and not responding to my messaging is very unprofessional. The location I received it didn't seem like the person was even expecting me to be there and the company decided they didn't want the machine there. The person Travis or Jason I spoke with him after the encounter and he said that she was excited to have the machine there I told him that's not the response I received. After that, a few weeks go by and hadn't received a location. I sent countless emails with no response. I then called and left a message and he called me back. Had me confused with somebody else and I proceeded to ask him for a refund he said that they don't give refunds no where on the contract does it say you can't get a refund. He was yelling and told me the location I sent you and you went to they just didn't like you! I said what?! How do you speak to your customers like this?! He then proceeded to say we don't give refunds and that we will send you an location soon and hung up the phone. It's way more that happened on the phone he was yelling, talking down to me, and making me feel like what I had to say didn't matter.
