Showed up late; took deposit for part; 30 days unresponsive

All Appliance Repair came up in google search for Samsung Appliance Repair.
Representative arrived later than promised, identified the failing dishwasher part. gave me a $369 repair quote, asked for a check for half as a parts deposit and promised repair in 7 days. It has now been 32 days and repeatedcalls are answered, but with dismissive responses:
Is this a good # to call you back?
I'll find out and call you at 9:30
We will be out tomorrow between 12 and 4pm
I'm on the phone with the warehouse now, let me call you back

Couldn't fix my dishwasher, and not refunding the deposit

I found their number and called them. One of them showed up and said the dishwasher had a motor problem. So they took the model number, ordered that part, and took $200 as deposit via Venmo on that day. A week later, at 8 or 8.15 pm, another guy showed up with a wrong part. Another few days later, a different guy showed up at almost 8.45 pm with the right part, but apparently the motor wouldn't fit in my appliance. So basically they couldn't fix it and said that I should call the office to get refund. I have been calling them for two weeks, and each time, in very disgruntled voice, someone would say, it has been sent and I should just keep waiting for the check to arrive, which will be sent from their North Carolina accounting office! I am not sure if I will ever recover my money, and their behavior is the worst that I have experienced ever in my interaction with any service provider!
