"Casey" called from All American Life about an old policy that I now had a cash balance from. He verified my DOB and address which he already had. He asked my height and weight which is not uncommon for life insurance policies. He then asked me to verify my SSN before he could transfer me to his manager. I said I would not give that over the phone and he could not even verify the last four digits due to HIPAA. I told him they could send me something through the mail but otherwise I was not interested. He got very frustrated and hung up and then I tried calling the number back and got a message that it was not in service. I got a text during the call form 833-258-7724 saying and email was sent to me to verify my agent Casey Mckinney ID# 2529010 and that my benefits coordinator has emailed me application instructions, I did not receive an email. This is a scam.
