Big scam, bought two shirts, sent confirmation never had any communication after.

Please report these guys to Portland pd. I have started a police report with their name. If enough of us add our names to it we can catch this scammer.

His name is Nico Nix, his father’s name is Ken Nix. He also has a company called designix web solutions which has an address in Portland-

I bought two items from them back in Dec. 14, 2020. I got a confirmation email of my purchase, after that I kept getting emails saying my order would be shipped soon, after a month I email them regarding my order, they say they were a little behind due to COVID. After 3 months I contacted them again they said my order would be shipped in the next week. I contacted them a month later and now they said they were behind because they got hit with a winter storm which delay the shipping. After a month I contacted them again & this time I never got a responsed. It’s been a year & I haven’t received my order or got any response from them.

Scammed and blocked me

Nov 18 of 2021 I ordered a sweatshirt and a truckers hat from this company. I took screenshots of the order, the order number and my credit card charges so I know they got my money...I didnt receive an email saying my order was shipped so I tried to get ahold of them through FB. Cut to 3 MONTHS later and me sending messages across all of their social media to try and get even a response from them, they finally sent me one message back, asked me for my order number and then blocked me from FB. No refund, didnt get the clothes I paid for, absolutely no customer service. STAY AWAY from these guys.

Nov 18 2021 I ordered a hoodie and a trucker hat from these guys. I have snapshots of the order and order number, and of my credit card charges. So I know they got paid. I didnt get an email saying the order was shipped. Cut to three months later and me trying to leave messages and emails on all of their social media to get them to RESPOND, they asked me for my order number, and then blocked me completely on FB.

Placed an order on 4/12/21 for $96.17 of clothing. Received an email on May 12 that shipping was delayed. Waited until August to request a refund through their website and tried calling and no answer. Never received a response, refund, or delivery. There's a large list of folks that has had the same thing happen to them.

Ordered a vest, waited over a month, was told they moved into a new warehouse and that they had the vests in stock and would ship them out in another week. Heard nothing, received nothing, emailed a couple times and finally asked that they refund the order or ship it out. No response.
Messaged on Instagram and they asked for my order number. Still nothing.
Messaged on Facebook, they canceled my order and said it would be refunded-no refund issued.
Messaged on Instagram again told that they are now Bankrupt. Told to call my bank.

I made a purchase back in early May, I did receive an email saying my order was confirmed but never got my order. After two months I finally reached out to their support email and they responded with saying they were behind due to covid and their business moved. I thought this sounded somewhat valid but after another month, still no short or word from them. I went to their website and there was no other way of contacting them. Still no shirt or refund or response.

I ordered $100 worth of clothes 3 months ago from this company and haven’t received it, the shipping number no longer works and I’ve emailed 4 times and they responded with an automated email saying orders were delayed 1.5 months ago and now won’t return any more emails and they removed their phone number from their page so you can’t call anymore ether.

I ordered a Christmas gift from this website and I understand that due to the holidays it would get here late. However I haven’t received so much as a tracking number or any type of assurance as where my package is. The only way to contact them is through email and I have sent multiple emails to find out what the deal is. I have heard absolutely nothing.
