I live in Canada and it’s apparently 16 weeks for international at most,you would think even if she’s slow at least it will be there in 16 weeks right?Week 18 and still not there.Nah if that product was sent it would had been there.She deletes every comments that question your missing order or question about your order.I’ve sent 2/3 email asking about my order an update,anything and no response.She doesn’t care about her customers.Lack work ethic and she extremely difficult to work with.Avoid at all cost.Her husband buy her jewelry by using the money she makes from scamming people.She uses free texting apps to pretend to be one of her happy customers so we think she’s right.She send her oil to tiktokers so they can review her oil and say it’s a legit business so we keep buying her oil and then she goes « wHOoPs ToO MuCh oRDers can’t answer »so she can take people money and blame the wait on the «viral love».A whole scam.Get that refund honey.

I’ve never ever in my life had ordered from online and had my order delay for 2 months now and it’s not even covid restricted anymore. I even have ordered from far countries and got it within 2 weeks. But alissia is a scam. Literally you won’t get your orders and if you do that’s impressive for “waiting” months. Yet she advertises her oils non stop on tiktok but she claims she has “no time to pack peoples orders” make it make sense. If you cannot run a business don’t even run one. And on top I have messaged them asking about the order I haven’t received yet and still no response. No customer service whatsoever. And her tiktok comments are either scams or doing her a favor. How do you make people wait for months? Absolutely not. Don’t bother spending money on her business because they clearly don’t care of their customers.

This person/business is taking orders and not sending out product. She has several complains from customers stating that they never received their order.
