Paid for a package from BiQi Burger Toy Store through Ali Express they are constantly prolonging my dispute to make it hit the 30 day limit and I need help now product was paid for but not received and without proper tracking numbers and logistics information I am unable to access my product delivery information thus making it impossible for me to contact a postal service to confirm delivery unserviceable the images provided is the company’s business license through Ali express because I cannot find their email Address or phone number

I am reporting an issue with an order I placed on AliExpress totaling $118.00. The tracking information states the package was delivered; however, when I checked my mailbox, the item was not there.

I reported the missing package to my mail carrier and notified the seller through AliExpress. I have also contacted AliExpress customer service multiple times, but they have been rude, unprofessional, and have not taken any urgent action to resolve this issue.

AliExpress currently has my money, and I have not received the product. I requested a refund, but the process has been delayed without proper explanation. Due to the lack of resolution, I believe I am being scammed.

I am requesting documentation of this complaint and assistance in obtaining a full refund.

Purchased halloween costume, AliExpress used delivery service called UniUni which never delivered product to my house. They took a picture of my mailbox and then delivered my product to someone else's doorstep. I provided pictures and the delivery service stopped responding. I contacted AliExpress and they will not respond until the PayPal case has been closed which it is closed (with no refund). Now they are not responding.

I ordered via their website now they are refusing to give me my money back even though I never received goods they claim my account is “frozen” and I can’t get money back until it’s unfrozen from my bank yet my bank verified it’s not

Store 2219033 in Aliexpress

Chandelier material sold as glass but it is plastic. Aliexpress requested evidence by photos. I have submitted photos and videos of the sounds when you tap on the plastic light fixture vs real glass, also photo showing weight and the product itself but they do not want to accept that as evidence. They ask for a certificate of a testing agency to proof that the plastic light fixture is not glass.

AliExpress uses the Bait and Switch scam. Example I ordered a generator and received a small bolt. This happened 36+ products I purchased.

Ordered a cell phone, much cheaper than the original, all the specs were very high in the proposed ad. I did receive the cellphone however, all of the specs were faked and was a completely fake phone. Some customized software onto it. Because of it also being much older software outdated, nothing could be updated as it was not of brand name phone with newer updates. Therefore rendering the device useless and very insecure and very open top many possible future attacks. Possibly even hacked firmware directly linking the cell phone once it's targeting all users info/data back to the devices "Builder/maker" .. I will specify it came from China, and with known vulnerabilities and laws and agreements. These should be terminated off our systems.

Please take this message, with SERIOUS NOTE !!!

Ban/Block and take off aliexpress websystems and apps off Canadian/American systems !!

These are literally 90% Scams.. it's where all scammers from other actually Vendors such as Amazon, Temu, etc bigger name companies who actually take pride in response of getting rid of Scammers so that way this doesn't happen. Many people have probably been out now MILLIONS TO POSSIBLE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF Canadians AND AMERICANS MONEY INTO INTERNATIONAL HANDS.. THIS IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL, As we do not and will not condone will illegal trade/scam trades/ also this is a Major tax Fraud scheme that they are getting away with and Nothing is being done about it, so we have to pay extensive amounts of money either to yous at ScamPulse.com for a lawyer to get our money back, which would be a waste because it'd cost more in legal fees than the probable outcome of the initial purchase. AliExpress does not actually step in at all and just waits for responses back from the Seller/Vendor in which 99.999999% you won't get what you're looking for back .. your refund .. so therefore everything leads to an empty battle of nothing and waste of time and an extreme amount of money. Even if you do get a response back from them it cost more in delivery fees and everything else than it does again the initial item purchased. Therefore leading to a 100% loss in our pockets and yet again 100% into the scammers pockets and Nothing being done .. but we can go after game companies over petty misinterpreted marketing's ..

COME ON AND HELP US .. !!!!

I would like to report this company as a scam Their delivery people do not deliver all of the items that's listed for the shipment. They will mark them as delivered although they are not. I believe I have physically seen a delivery guy decide Not deliver a package and decide to keep it instead.

Aliexpress sponsers a lot of scam artist in China. I do not recommend any company use these people. When there is a issue to tell you to reach out tot the seller, who's said reach out to shippers, who say talk to the seller. It is a endless loop of lies!!!!!!

1. Ordered item with expected delivery of 1 week later. The provided "tracking number" was not valid (returned no results from carrier website)

2. Item not received on expected delivery date. Reached out to seller.

3. Seller provided NEW tracking number for USPS, claiming that delivery happened 2 days after order was placed.

4. I contacted the USPS to ask whether the tracking number provided was indeed addressed to me. The USPS informed me that the tracking number provided was intended for a different address.

5. I tried filing a chargeback with both PayPal and my bank (Chase), providing the information about the fraudulent charge, but they both denied the chargeback because "a tracking number existed", regardless of the fact that it was intended for someone else.

I had made a Google search for a watch and this company came up. I ordered the watch for Christmas and as of this present day 12/28/24 I have never received the item even though my credit card was charged. When I contacted the customer service I received a resolution of NO REFUND message. Nothing else was offered to compensate me even though I reported that I never received my ordered item.

** I don't want this to happen to anyone else...

After ordering the product the site demand an additional $500 for delivery after they said they delivered it. They claim they delivered the product but I've never received it the tracking shows it was delivered at the warehouse in California.

They advertised items like sets of tools, storage sheds, toolboxes, etc that cost hundreds of dollars for 60 to 90 percent discounts. I paid for a toolbox, a shed, and power tools at their discounted prices. What I received were small bolts and they claimed they had been delivered. They asked me to follow up with the shipper. The shipper said they did deliver but they cannot provide proof. I emailed Aliexpress about this and they told me my dispute was void since I went past the time frame.

Placed an order on 12/13/24 for a twin size corner bedframe with Led lights. The estimated delivery date was for 12/22/24. On 12/17/24, i received an email indicating one of two parcels has shipped and was delivered to Georgia and SOMEONE had signed for it. I reached out to AliEpress via chat, not resolution. On 12/22/24, i received another email indicating that the second package was delivered and attached a photo of the said delivery. The photo didnt match the items I ordered. The photo wasn't taken on my property either. Its been 3 days since a dispute was filed and the issuse isnt resolved

i bought a room divider...they sent me a fedex tracking number that was fake...it went to unknown address...the shipment facts said it weighed .5 lbs when it weighs 60 lbs...i contacted them immediately and they said they had no way to contact the seller wanted me to wait until they could investigate...i called by bank and reversed the charges...bad people...stay away!!!

On December 13, 2024 I ordered a RedmiNote 13 pro plus cell phone for the amount of $185.86 on Aliexpress.com paid for using PayPal. On December 19th, a tiny flat envelope was delivered with a small rubber wallet that cost about $2. I made a complaint with PayPal and they contacted Aliexpress who wants me to mail the item back at my expense internationally to Hamburg Germany before they offer a refund. I told PayPal who has not been very helpful that they should have Aliexpress send me a prepaid shipping label and I will be happy to mail the $2 wallet back for my refund but I refuse to spend another penny on international postage on this scam. PayPal has picture evidence of what was delivered, the tiny envelope with the tracking number on the label and they can clearly see that a phone charger couldn't even fit in the tiny envelope let alone a 6.67 inch phone and charger. I WAS SCAMMED AND PAYPAL HAS NOT ADVOCATED ON MY BEHALF. I even have a screenshot of my interaction with Aliexpress customer service stating that the warehouse made a mistake and sent the phone to a different address.

Hello - I purchased a power generator from AliExpress on 8/13/24 using my PayPal account. By October, it had not come yet. contacted AliExpress via chat at that time and they told me they did not have a shipping status yet but to try back in 30 days. I waited until December and still nothing showed up. Contacted PayPal on it but they said I had to take it up with the seller. There was fake information finally posted on my PayPal transaction about it being "shipped by DGM" - so I called DGM up and they said it was fake information, and that they were receiving a lot of similar calls about an AliExpress order that had not been received. So beware - they are scammers. I'm out the money, it would seem.

Scammer send completely unrelated item, a sticky keyboard cover instead of a Tablet, Aliexpress refused to refund, Paypal is their accomplice and refused to refund. Do not buy anything from Aliexpress, they are harboring scammers and protect them together with Paypal who is also complicit.

Online store AliExpress.com I purchased a microwave online and they debited my account 69.84 they sent an email confirming purchase but with no order number or tracking number. Purchase was made on 12/4 /2024
