I bought a dress and a necklace, they arrived, but when I returned them, I never received a refund or the size exchange I requested. I had to pay the return shipping fee of $25.99, and I've tried to contact them. They don't have a phone number, only communication via email, Facebook message, and Instagram. A Yan and Fatia only replied that they were going to look into it, and two weeks have passed and still nothing. The strangest thing is that the return shipment wasn't sent to the address it came from in Carson, CA, but to Salt Lake City, UT, and now it shows up under a different name, Aliavalabel. I gave them the invoice when I bought it, but when I returned it, they never gave me the receipt, the dress I exchanged for a different size, or the rest of the money I was supposed to get back. I logged into the website, and my account wasn't there. Also, every time it says to pay to shop on that site, if it does, it's a scam, or they take your card number and start using it.
