Booked a hotel. Received a fake booking number. Received a confirmation a couple days before the stay. When I arrived at the hotel they were overbooked and didn't have a room for me. Algotels has my money and never refunded me.

I paid Algotels for a hotel booking via their website. Algotels then sent me a FAKE booking number and confirmation email. However, in speaking directly with the Marriott hotel where I was supposed to have a pre-paid room, they informed me that there was never a booking made in my name and they did not have a reservation for me. They advised that the booking number provided by Algotels is not valid. Do not trust Algotels as a company, they are shell in Greenwich, CT trying to take your money and scam you!

Found a hotel room on Trivago and their website went to Algotels.com. We booked the room months in advance and paid for the room. Two days before the trip, Algotels sent a text confirming the reservation. We called the hotel because the text looked suspicious. The hotel did not have a reservation for us. They could see Algotels had booked the room twice and cancelled twice. We contacted Algotels via phone and email. Slow to respond telling us they were working on it. The hotel was fully booked and we had to pay for a different hotel. When we demanded they give our money they have now ghosted us. DO NOT USE this company!

algotels is a scam. i paid for a hotel room and used zip pay in four. i never got confirmation number i called 100 times i get hung up on or told to wait 24-48 hours. they are a scam
