I booked 2 rooms at a hotel for 2 nights in Boston, Massachusetts through Agotels. When I went to check in at the hotel they said that they only had a reservation for one room. I showed them the receipt that stated I had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Apparently Agotels only reimbursed the hotel for one of the rooms so I was asked to pay for the second room for a 2nd time. The hotel involved was the Doubletree by Hilton in downtown Boston.
