The person contacted me through Facebook messenger with houses for rent claimed he had 2 one in toledo the other in Walbridge. I told him i was interested in the one in Walbridge and then he told me to fill out his application and give him 50.00 for the application fee well before i sent him the 50.00 however i went and drove by the property and there was a real estate sign in front of it. Well i took a picture and asked him about ot he claimed that was tge real estate lasy that he is working with well i took it a step further and called her to verify and she knew nothing of it asked me to send her what he sent me which i did and i didnt send him the $50.00.
