I told this rental car company I wad going to Las Vegas to get married. Then they told me there was going to be a 700$ deposit. I agreed because I was desperate for a larger sized vehicle. I return it a day early and get told I would be refunded 2-3 business days... it's going on 2 weeks now they ignore me l. When u finally got a hold of them they said I went over my mileage limit even though I told them where I was going. Then I look at the contract and for 3 days my limit was 23 miles? That is fraud in my opinion I paid 1300.00 with the deposit for 5his rental. And they are basically con artist and look up there reviews I'm not the first person they've done this too

Unfair business practices indeed. Quoted car rental for $67. I requested working A.C. Misrepresented the entire transaction. Agent said vehicle had working A.C. I had to come back to premises. Vehicle got replaced with a lower class auto, paperwork was not upgrwaded. Billed my debit card for rental amount of $114. Plus $500. For deposit which I was told I would receive back when returning vehicle. They stole my $500.
