Blouses were advertised on some platform I was on (could have been FB or Pinterest (?) I ordered two in Nov 2024. I inquired where they were at the end of Dec when I realized I never got them....they said sorry, but on their way. Another month goes by, again...sorry, they're looking into and will send......another month and now, sorry, lost in transit.....what do I want to do - -I said a refund....and now more delays...they're trying to resolve the issue..... (??????)

They seem to have a set of responses that sound apologetic, but it just keeps going on, with no product but they have my money.
