Signed up for a one time purchase, the company automatically put me into a subscription that I did not authorize and started to withdraw funds from my credit card, when I signed up. I notified the company which shared would cancel my membership, (again, I did not authorize) and would refund. I noticed there was no refund and they are still continuing to charge my credit card without my authorization. I also noticed that I am not the only one, I did some additional research and noticed many other people are having the same issue where they sign up, but automatically get into a subscription model and continues to charge the person, what has also been shared is these other people (same situation as me) trying to contact to share did not enroll in a subscription and also continuing to charge their credit card. This company needs to be reported! I have notified my credit card institution who has sent a claim.
