They used a picture of a friend that I know. Asked if I had heard about the financial support program going on. I told her (supposedly)no she(they) went on to tell me that she just got $12,900 from the program and would send me the link. Did I want her to sent me the link to go on .
Me: yes send it
I asked when did you get it and that this was not a joke. She stated is was not, and she got it right away.
Me: asked if I needed to to be getting food stamps, or caring for a person in the home. Again no, basically all I need to do was fill out the form and wait to be approved for the grant. But there was a delivery fee of $150 she paid it and got the check the next day.
Me: told her that there is so much scam I did not know want to lose my money. She stated " I don't have any reason to to put you into any form of bs". That she got the check and it was legit 100%
Me: message Tom for the information to apply for the grant.
Tom: message me, to ask which "Grant" did I want to apply for.
Here's the list of the GRANTS:
1. Cash, 2. Small & Large Business, 3. College & Scholarships, 4. Federal & State, 5. Private Foundation,

Me: then message my friend back to ask what grant she asked for, which was the Cash Grant. I message him back the cash grant
Tom: he sated "You will have to fill out our requirement from so we get you registered on our system, are you ready to fill the requirement form now, below is the form.

Me: I did
Tom: "got it information and will forward to the management now for them to access it and get approve for the grant, and kindly hold on a while for the management to proper review the information so they can access it and get back to him (Tom) to get me registered".
Tom: a congratulations I have been registered successfully.
Tom: then asked if I knew there was a delivery fee $150.
Me: asked if they could take it from the grant.
Tom: "No it was needed to be pay upfront to the delivery agent to enable the delivery of the grant safely." "That is a directive from the management"
Tom: you can buy Nordstrom gift card at the store equivalent to $150.
Me: told him that the store was close because of the virus, and I could get a money card at CVS that was open when I get a ride. I asked was there a time line?
Tom: Just text him when I get there, I said when I get the card.
Tom: but to buy it in two, one worth $100 and worth for $50.
Me: told him I could get it just for the $150.
Tom: to "Ensure to send the receipts as soon as you get the card" Then asked "I wanted to ask if you have an amazon account"
By the way as Agent Tom was message me I was doing the same to my friend ( so I thinking) Then I got smart and told her that as soon as I get a ride I was going to get them card they needed for the fees. Then I asked her about a person we knew and how her son was. Replied: Alright. Next Question: did they get married? No replied from her.
Tom: Asking if I have the card and that I can get it online, "do you have the money on your card" That's how you get it online. "If you have money on your debit card.
Me: Then I asked (so call friend) what was our friend phone number because I lost it
Replied: (315)291-0353] not the person phone number
Tom: so we want to know, what do you plan to do now?
Me: told him I know I would have a ride tomorrow and I get back them
Tom: "That's still fine but it would have been better you made the payment today so that your your grant grant be delivered tomorrow:
Me: that alright I can wait a bit longer didn't know this would come about either, if it wasn't for my friend (never gave him a name)
Tom: Tell us what you come up with?
Me: I told you, didn't you read? If that's not okay say so.
Tom: Alright so tomorrow right?

You may ask why so long? Just to see what how much I could get out of them.(saw that on Help me Hank) By the way they even had a picture of people standing in steps in front of white building, could not say what the building was
