Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

STAY CLEAR AND AWARE

This person blew up my phone everything looked legit on the loan papers but then after getting my bank information, they deposited a check for $200 and it wasn't even endorsed by me. It was a payroll check from a nursing home in Illinois. Then they wanted me to send the money back. To show I would pay them. Which this is when I found it odd. Because they put a payroll check into my Chase account then wanted me to send it back through Cash App, Chime Pay or Apple Pay and it was going to an actual person not Advanced America. I tried sending this money back several times and my bra is kept denying the transfer because of the suspicion of fraudulent transactions. Then they started sending my threatening emails saying they put an arrest warrant out for me. Mind you this was 7pm at night. When I was receiving these emails. To cover my butt I called my bank and called the cops to report them. So everything is on file. The cops told me, you can keep that money they sent it to you and it wasn't from Advance America. Then I blocked all the numbers and email address they messaged me from.

They told me my bank account and all my personal information and told me they were going to deposit a loan into my bank. I did not see their information so they texted me. When I looked into the name of the company they were using that company does not even supply loans in my state in that company only does business through their website securely.
