Air Duct Cleaning service advertised $149 to clean air ducts. Scammed me into thinking I had mold and needed bigger more expensive treatment at $127 per vent (total $1300+). Scammer did not even connect hose to smaller machine to clean ducts and left large machine in home turned off and never used it. They never brought in standard big “hose” to clean out vents, and did not clean air handler when they said they did. I took both video and photo of machine running and hose disconnected. They simply had the smaller vaccuum like machine running to make noise with no actual work being done. Scammer also used fake anti mold and mildew primer spray to turn edges of ducts white and make ducts appear that they had been treated and cleaned. After I saw what they were doing I called my neighbor to come observe this as a witness. After he came over I asked the Scammers to leave; unfortunately they still charged $655 to my credit card.
