The first email from Addlilly showed that they messed up my shipping address.

I contacted them regarding the discrepancy and they told me that my order shipped on May 9, 2024, Tracking number: **************** Courier: other.

They replied back on and said that they would recall first package and ship another one to the correct address.

Neither tracking number worked until it stated delivered on the latter, but it was not.

I have gave them plenty of time to deliver my order so today, Jul 3, 2024, I am filing a complaint to try and recover my money.

Type of a scam Business Email Compromise

I bought and paid 50.00 for clothes from a company called Addality. I went to the post office to pick up my package and it was not delivered as stated. This is a fraud for a company. Do not fall for it. This company when I found out the tracking number is from China. This is a fraud and scam. I am trying to get my money back however do not think I will be able to.

Ad was on Facebook feed. Appeared to be an online fashion store. Purchased a pair of jeans that never arrived. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. The Vendor name on the credit card charge is ONLINELUSFASHIONSTORE with phone number listed as 568-678-0825. This phone number is invalid. Email of purchase confirmation sent to me by email address: [email protected]
