At first, he requested $1,500 for puppy, and gave me information about flight ticket, delivery information and links. It looks legit to me although I have never trusted any online transactions and so not sure how I got myself into this mess to believe it. Anyway, refused to pay his requested amount and informed him the amount is outside my budget and told him to disregard. Then asked me how much I can afford which told him only $600. He then says will send you one puppy. Asked for my personal information for delivery purposes and I gave him my name, address, phone number and he already has my email. Asked me to pay carrier service the entire amount using either Zelle or Bitcoins. He requested to send money to this name Quavone Peterson and the email [email protected]. Sent the money. Later, he asked the carrier wants a cage to transport the puppy and asked for additional $300. I begin to suspect the entire situation which refused to pay. I informed him this wasn’t the deal and what type of business is this. Called my bank immediately to report possible scam, and unfortunately it was too late since dispute department already closed for the day and representative cannot do anything. My bank is useless as well because they should have done something in situations like this arise. Nevertheless, I called him multiple time then ignored my calls and messages. I informed there is something wrong with everything he provided. I can’t reach anybody nor the websites of the tracking is valid. He says the airline is international which didn’t believe it. He asked me to “calm down and to TRUST HIM since he already trust me”. Finally, I attempted to do whatever to dispute the pending transactions that already was posted into my account. I have to wait until tomorrow morning to officially begin the process to dispute this disaster before it gets any worse or complicated.
