We tried to order CBD products from a website called harmonyglowcbdbrands.com. Placed the order, but didn't get the promotional price. We overpaid and contacted them by phone. Was able to get a refund of about $86.00. Then we were charged again for $189.99. We were told that we signed up for a subscription (we did not) but they would discontinue it. We were charged 3 times and received 3 packages. But we didn't sign up for a subscription and they are not authorized to continue charging. We have put in a claim with the card company. We have emails that show their receipt of our request to cancel. The charges are under ACVWell and Pro ACV (even though we ordered through a different domain name). Next step will be to reissue our cards.
