SCAM

A lady named Vicky called me from 870-686-6284 stating that I owe money from some cash advance place from 10-15 years ago. She said she works for AMS and that she is collecting on that debt. Threatened to take me to court and garnish my wages, etc… I’ve never gotten a cash advance in my life and also never banked with the bank she said I bank with. Beware of this bogus company

A person called, "Miss May", stated she was a senior arbitrator, paralegal, giving me a courtesy call. Said I needed to pay the balance of $1750 or be sent to court that day, had to pay by noon. I repeatedly asked who she worked for, she finally said Acute Mediations. She was calling on behalf of Approved cash, who I never heard of. She also said they had a letter from my bank stating I received that money, I called the bank of course that was not true. She also called and left a voicemail with my husband, sister in law, and mother in law! Horrible people they should be ashamed trying to scam money from someone like that.

The number she called from was 618-389-6803, but she told me to call back at 888-962-7397.
