This is a clear case of scamming

I got a call from them a couple of weeks back saying that someone from my company canceled a 3-year contract with them and they are proceeding with the cancellation. Then they asked a bunch of yes or no questions to verify the address and transferred the call to another representative and when I got transferred it was mentioned that the call will be recorded for quality purposes. The second guy also asked the same questions and asked if I am authorized to do purchases, I did say yes and he asked for my email id and told me that they will be mailing a copy of the invoice and also will email me the same. After a week the invoice came in the mail and when I double-checked with the marketing and accounting department both of them told me that they are not aware of anyone who requested their service. I have attached a copy of the invoice they sent me over and they charged $989 + tax. After a week I received a call from their representative again asking me if I have received the invoice, I did say no to that and asked for an email copy, they sent me the email copy right away and kept on following up with me asking when they can expect the payment. Please do not fall for these scams. This happened by the end of Jan 2022, and they are still following up on the payment. we don't have any intention of paying that invoice as it is not legit at all.

I have this exact experience. I started at a new company and within my first few months received their call. I was by no means in a position to be accepting assistance or signing up for any form of online help.

They have been calling me for months now, with the bill, as well as threatening that they have my voice recordings accepting the contract.

I never accepted a business contract, and never was listed pricing etc. I am getting very annoyed by the calls and now I have another co-worker relieving them as well.

Was called and asked if I wanted my business accessible online. I said yes, but never agreed to a business plan with them. They sent a bill for $1400.
And said they put a page on the internet for me. Gave me a web address to check it out, it was for contracting, building houses, etc. I have a landscaping business... The pictures they used were google pictures and it looked like a child put it together.
I couldn’t understand what was going on, as in our conversation all they did was ask if I wanted my company to be reachable online, in a way that was not fully comprehendible. I already have a website, so I did not need what they were trying to sell, but they just asked a bunch of yes or no questions, and really I was just going along with them to get to the point of hang up.

I have been harassed for over a year by them saying I owe them money. And that they have phone recordings of me.
I’ve taken it up with the Federal Bureau for businesses. But I’ve got nothing.

They phone and ask you yes or no questions and confirm your address then they send you an invoice for over $900.00 and phone you after stating that you have to pay this invoice as they have you recorded.
