My husband was told he got a job and was directed by an Actalent Recruiter from ActalentServices.com to quit his job so he could start on 2/9/26. 3 days before and after leaving his job he found out the job offer was not real and the job did not exist. He was pressured to leave his job despite not signing a contract as he was led to believe this recruiter after countless phone calls texts and emails. When he contacted the agency the recruiters boss was rude, dismissive, and even laughed at my husband for trusting the recruiter and leaving his previous job without a finalized contract from them. Now my husband has no income and Actalent is completely ignoring him. The money lost I put is what this recruiter told my husband would be his annual salary.
