I ordered a halloween costume and never received it. I am currently still waiting on it from China, If I knew they did not ship out of South Carolina- I would of never ordered it. They say in order to get a refund I need to ship back the product. I believe I will never get this item & the post office is tracking that it is still stuck in China. I ordered this back in September.

Hopefully you used Paypal, if you did, file a claim, you can get your money back.

Call Paypal if you used Paypal. They will help you. Dont wait too long or it might be too late.
