I ordered a faucet protector from Accustomedi back on 12/13/2024. I have contacted the company numerous times via email due to no phone number. They keep telling me it’s on its way. It is now 1/21/2025. No package and no refund!

As our warehouse checked, the product we sent to you is correct indeed.
In this case, you need to return the product to our specific warehouse in China for a refund.
Please be kindly noticed that you have to pay the shipping fee for the return.
The shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you 4 US dollars as compensation
and you keep the products?
