A CLAIM WAS SUBMITTED THROUGH CHOICE HOME WARRANTY TO FIX THE AC UNIT, BILL FROM AIR WOLF SHOWED UP AT OUR RESIDENCE, WE ADVD HIM THE AC HAD ALREADY BEEN FIXED BY A DIFFERENT VENDOR. HE ASKED IF WE WOULD SIGN THE FORM AND IF HE COULD GET THE MODEL NUMBER OFF OF THE AC UNIT. WE ALLOWED HIM TO DO THAT. BILL SUBMITTED A DIAGNOSTIC TO CHOICE HOME WARRANTY WITH OUR SIGNATURE CLAIMING THAT HE SERVICED AND REPAIRD THE AC UNIT, ADDED FREON. HE WAS PAID BY CHOICE HOME WARRANTY THE 75 DOLLAR SERVICE FEE AND UNK AMMOUNT APPROX 300 TO REPAIR AND ADD FREON TO THE AC. DID NOT SERVICE THE AC OR ADD FREON. CHOICE HOME WARRANTY WAS GOING TO LOOK INTO THIS CLAIM.
