Type of a scam Online Purchase

On July 14th, 2024 I saw an ad for a Chris Brown t-shirt during his tour. I planned to go so I looked at the website and reviews and it seemed legit. I purchased a shirt and paid for expediated shipping which said to take 7-15 days. It is now September 30th, 2024, and I still have not received the product. I contacted their customer support email multiple times to which they have refused me a full refund. In August they originally said the product would be shipped soon, even though it was way past the expediated shipping timeframe, and the concert had already passed. At the beginning of September, they said the product shipped and gave me a tracking number and website which very rarely updates with any useful information. The package has also been at the same facility in California for a while.

I told Customer Service I wanted my expediated shipping cost of $13.95 returned to which they did not respond. I have not ever found a phone number for this business and upon further research see it's a common issue across customers/consumers. Now I am getting text messages claiming to be USPS asking for a credit card number for further shipping costs of $0.03 which I find suspicious and unnecessary. I have also never had to pay extra for redelivery or anything similar after purchasing an item. When I tried to contact USPS (google customer service), the company the text claims to be from, I am unable to get ahold of a person.

The tracking company abstracc allegedly uses is 17track.net
