I ordered a doll online with this company on September 14th, 2023. They sent me a picture a few days later to confirm the doll. I was not pleased with the picture (it did not look like the advertised product on their website) or the information they gave me so i requested a refund on September 20th, 2023. They promised a refund (via phone and email) within 1-2 business days but i did not recieve it. They did not respond to my emails or various phone calls so I had to report the through Paypal on September 26, 2023.
