I asked who she was and what was the company name. She said she was calling on behalf of ABA Litigation and told me to call 844-533-6159 and gave me am reference #. I asked who was the civil case from and she said she didn’t know. I asked where were they based from and she said Seattle Washington. I called the number she gave me and spoke to a man who asked for my reference #. He said my first name then said he didn’t have access to my case and he would transfer me to my case manager. He knew the last 4 digits of my SS#. He put me on hold to transfer me then came back on the line and said she was busy with someone and he would help me so I didn’t have to wait on hold or for a call back. He put me on hold again I guess to get my case information. I hung up because it all sounded shady especially when I couldn’t get the name of the person or company that filed a civil case against me plus first he said he didn’t have access to my information but then he said he was going to help me.
