A form was sent to my home showing I have an ID number validated and registered to me. By entering I could when $1,000,000.00 (paid as $2,777.77 per month for 30 years) or $500,000.00 (paid in one lump sum). In order for me to qualify for an early bird prize I need to place a label with my choice of $1,000,000.00 or $500,000.00. They also would like me to enclose $5 or $7 for American Against Child Abuse. To win this money I need tor respond by 8/12/2016.
