Sold me a repainted motor instead of a rebuilt one Motor was not rebuilt it was Was cleaned and repainted. Still had all oil in it still had dirt in the headsStopped payment on my credit card but they still got the 450 deposit it was too late to get that back they will not answer any phone calls or emails

Sold me heavy duty 6.7 motor...after 400 miles noise in motor.couldnt get anyone on phone just email.they said it was my fault.this company is a fraud..they steal your core money.pls buy from someone else.this company needs to be put out of business...join lawsuit call greg 718 7611533...file complaint csa...they are no good please dont be dumb like me cost me 10 grand more

I purchased an engine from this place because of the description they had. All new internals. Can only be called Remanufactured if the parts are new. That's not what I got. It ran but not without its problems. One of which causing it to fail and spin a bearing. I got in contact with them which was a miracle in itself. They are quick to respond when selling the engine. They are non existent when needing warranty work. I sent the engine back and apon tearing it down, they said I had an inferior oil pump and warranty wouldn't be covered. It's the pump that came with the engine they sent me. I am convinced they sent a used engine and I got lucky that I had someone in LA that could get it back from them. Reading the comments from others, I see I am not the only one they are doing this to. Run as fast as you can from them. All said and done, it was close to $4000. I take that personal.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

First of all, they promised to reimburse $825 for sending out our engine core, and after sending it to them they only gave us $400. Next, after installing the engine we bought from them it started overheating. We tried to follow up with their warranty. We got it diagnosed by Nissan and sent them all the information they requested about the overheating issue. After taking weeks to email back, as they will not answer their phone, they told us they will not be standing behind their warranty. The company has faulty products, a false warranty on their website, and horrible customer service.
