Left message claiming her name was Rachel Hawkins, when I called to inquire she stated she was a judge and that I interrupted her by asking a question and hung up. I called back, she gave me a 3 minute lashing regarding interrupting her while she is speaking. Then she said I owed 1600 from a payday loan in 2014 and she was pressing 3 felonies against me today in Caddo Parish Louisiana. She spoke very rough and even told me she was an angry black woman because I interrupted and asked a question.. I advised that I would speak to counsel and she told me her name was NOW Jennifer Richards .. not the same .. and now she is suddenly not a judge or magistrate. Never could tell me who the debt was to. I'm ill and tired and emotional. She told me she was destroying my life. Period.
