I received a voicemail from this company stating that I was eligible for up to $43,000 to be used for debt relief to pay off credit card balances, or for major purchases. I searched the incoming number and found that it was "spoofed", and the message contained contact information including a different number (with no extension, btw) for a Penelope Fontana. The program or company name was auto-transcribed as "Lowes Angeles Peoples Relief", which I believe is based upon the voicemail but I assume the person actually said "Los Angeles Peoples Relief"; neither of which produced any verifiable results via web search.
