I received two notices via regular mail, informing me that my home warranty is not up-to-date and I should contact the home warranty division to ensure that I have coverage. The letter was signed by Vicky Mercer with the title of Program Director and the phone number provided is 1 – 888–404–4504.

The letter also made mention of my private address and my mortgage provider. Upon a quick online search, I have reason to believe that this is a scam.
