This scammer advertises clickbait advertisements on Facebook which redirects them to a Windows.net website. This website says that the Facebook account is suspended and direct people to call a toll free number provisioned by Level 3.net. Level 3 has been made aware that the reported number is being used to scam people. A report was made against several number provisioned by Level 2 Communications, and yet these scam numbers still remain in operation. Three such toll free number used in scam which are provisioned by Level 3 is listed along with the corresponding Fake site. Microsoft has started removing these sites after I have previously contacted the BBB. Level 3 needs to take the same actions regarding scam telephone numbers they provision.
