voicemail: "I am calling on behalf of document delivery services. we've been retained to schedule & deliver legal documents to you between the hours of 8am & 4p at either your home or place of business. we'll only be making 2 attempts to deliver these documents which will require a signature as proof of delivery. if we are unable to deliver after 2 attempts, it will be classified as a failed action to serve which will result in the pending matter to proceed further w/o your consent. if you have any questions ........... call the office directly @ 888-843-1510 and reference your number 2026 dash 492361. pls be advised this call has been lofted and submitted as proof you have been notified of this pending legal matter. have a good day."

The call came in from a completely different number: 562-270-7694

I received a voice message from 540-456-0348 with the following message:

"We intended for unknown, unknow. .I'm calling on behalf of document delivery services. We have been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents to you between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM at either your home or your place of employment. We'll be making only 2 attempts to deliver these documents which will require a signature as proof of delivery. If we are unable to deliver these documents after 2 attempts, it will be classified as a failed action to serve, which will result in the pending matter to proceed further without your consent. If you have any questions or if you need to reschedule this delivery, press one now to be connected to the next available representative, or you can call the office directly at 888-843-1510 and reference your file number 2026 208124. Please be advised this call has been logged and submitted as proof you have been notified of this pending legal matter. Have a good day."

Caller left a voicemail and said "I am calling on behalf of document delivery services. We have been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents to you between the hours of 8am and 4pm at either your home or place of employment. we'll be making only two attempt to deliver these documents which will require a signature as proof of delivery. If we are unable to deliver these documents after two attempts, it will be classified as a failed action to serve which will result in the pending matter proceeding further without your consent...." It then gives a number to call 888-843-1510 and a file number 2026 826295. The number that showed up when it called was 803-843-0004.

Scammer stated they were calling on behalf of document delivery services. They stated that they have been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents to me at either my home or job. They will make two attempts and document as fail attempts that will result in a pending matter to proceed without consent. Call number 888-843-1510 and use the reference number. The voicemail message ends with have a good day.

VM left - after many calls from different numbers but the below is the typical message left on my phone -
