Letter was sent with "Final Notice" in red as well as my name, address, and year/make/model of my car. It gave a random customer ID as well as a notice date and "Immediate Response Requested". It had no information on the sender at all. For some reason it had "Official Business" and "Penalty for Private Use, $300" on it as though those meant anything. The message was "Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated. We are informing you that if your factory warranty has expired, you will be responsible for paying any repairs. However, if expired, you can still activate a service contract on your vehicle before it's too late." It then included a "Summary of Terms" that had nonsensical numbers and information that made no sense, followed by "Important Vehicle Protection Information" that was just generic car protection things for a "Platinum Option".

said that my car warranty was about to expire when I told him that I did not want it and I would like to cancel it he told me I had to pay to get it cancelled he then continued to tell me he needed my card information which I did not give him. After the call took to the computer and found this phone number attached to a scamm
